I’ve been doing pure barre again for about a month. I did it a long time ago on occasion before having kids and when I was a young bride. Now I’m about to turn 36 in a few days, two kids and a lot of life has happened since then. I am absolutely in love and can’t wait to see the changes in my body. The new define class with the weights is my favorite!

Wow I was looking for a video for foundation’s for dry skin which I watched & loved your personality. Then I was looking for a more recent video and I found this. It’s such a beautiful video and you look absolutely stunningly beautiful. It made me smile so much and was holding back the tears. Want to add that DVDs and streaming are an option for those without a barre studio near you or want a less expensive option. I found Pure Barre DVDs on eBay. Many people cannot afford a barre studio. But you can learn at home.

I've been doing barre (at home) for several weeks and am so impressed with the rapid changes in my body. For the record, I have been working out consistently for years and years and am a personal trainer. I'm so excited to add barre to my personal repertoire and plan to get a barre certification later this year. It's amazing.

I suffered a back injury 6 years ago was like 93 kilos in active developed insulin resistant a mess decided go carb sugar free lost 10 kilos but can’t run can’t do weight can’t walk long distances a week ago decided to do barre and my knee pain is so much better I can sleep at night no pain this week achieved 45 min session I’m so happy my jelly muscles are toning up so beautiful my butt disproportion is levelling up I’m so happy that want to cry

I have normal to dry skin. I break out with Eczema. I am between getting the ordinary serum and the first aid beauty serum. Which one would you recommend to me? Also one more question. Do you think the first aid beauty coconut moisturizer is good for me?

Just one advice pls highlight the ingredient in which order they are appearing in the cream.. Hyaluronic acid appearing at the last of the ingredients list is of very lil benefit
